All Natural Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad
1 cup all natural Spectrum Vegenaise
2 to 2 1/2 cups shredded chicken (depending on personal preference of moisture)
1 celery rib
1/8 tsp black pepper
dried all natural cranberries
Chop the celery rib and place it in a small mixing bowl.
