Peering around the corner, I witness the joy of motherhood. My daughter’s feet (or tootsies as we call them) are hanging out of a giant box that has now become her residence. She is jabbering away to herself about her recent playtime adventure, and I cannot help grinning. These are the moments that make it all worth it. I would not trade the most prestigious career, fame, or money for these priceless memories that have become a part of my mortal experience. Being a mother is a priceless gift!
Part of motherhood is allowing your children to eat healthy, but not always depriving them of what everyone else indulges in. I am not a fan of fries, since I am aware of their lack of nutrition. But, I would rather indulge my children with homemade fries than store purchased or fast food fries. Part of the fun is purchasing impressive kitchen gadgets that give fries a new look. I am able to produce crinkle cut fries or curly fries with some inexpensive cutters. My kids absolutely love these All Natural, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Crinkle Cut Fries. (By the way, I love them too. They are far superior to restaurant fries)

Wash and peel the potatoes. Take the crinkle cut knife and thin slice the potatoes (or they can be sliced into whatever thickness you desire).
